Josh is our big picture thinking, detail-obsessed Director of Optimization. He is responsible for leading department staff, overseeing all of our client work and building the processes, frameworks, and templates to make it happen. He works with our clients’ executive, marketing, and technical teams and his ability to speak (and translate) all three languages makes him valuable at every level of the work we do.

Josh has been working on the web for almost 20 years years–longer than most folks have been using email. He started building and improving websites while studying English at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. He’s designed applications for Windows Mobile and Palm OS, built web applications for higher education, cultured Mabe Pearls in Haliotis Rufescens (the California Red Abalone), and managed service operations and strategy at Apple Specialists in California and Tennessee.
He also owns–and can field strip–an original Macintosh.
