Lately, I’ve been eating baby carrots and raw hummus for lunch nearly every day. I’m a raw vegan, that’s an easy lunch I can eat at my desk, and I’m totally hooked on it. So when I start to get hungry for lunch, I announce “carrot time!” Which, today, prompted Josh to create this:
